Purpose: A solus EDM aims to engage another company or organization’s audience while maintaining your own company’s brand guidelines. Threading the needle between an email the audience wouldn’t be alienated by, while still maintaining a fresh look that reflected the brand, is tricky. But the results for the email were beyond their expectations.

Results: Was tasked with creating a bespoke Solus EDM to secure maximum engagement from the AWA's database of water professionals. It was highly effective. It received 11,130 impressions; 3,187 unique 8,317 total opens; an open rate of 28.68%; 262 unique clicks; and a CTR of 8%. This was such tremendous engagement it opened up a steady new revenue stream for AWA.
